RADIATIVE COOLING PROJECT
As part of the Energy Transport Research Laboratory's Radiative Cooling Project, I developed a cooling map chart by calculating the cooling potential of every state using MATLAB to study the cooling disparity between states. Attached below is the chart created.

Radiative Cooling Film
A film was synthesized which had a temperature gradient of 4 degrees Celsius between ambient temperature and bottom surface temperature. This film was developed by heating and mixing Silicon Nitrate, HDPE pellets and Mineral oil to around 200 degree Celsius in different ratios, creating three layers of these and compressing all three layers to form one film. The temperature gradient due to radiation was then tested by the following apparatus, connected to thermocouples, which were connected to a data logger.
